I moved from west coast to TX in 2016 to start my new job. Mr. Chang greatly helped me and my family move and settle down in a new house smoothly. Without his support, I would've found this BIG move quite difficult and challenging. He definitely brings both friendliness and professionally. Donathan Chang is the best! He was thorough and professional and great to work with. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the Escrow company for closing. He never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! He checked every single step with his team (best inspector, insurance agency, etc), so we could find the fire damage history(huge insurance claim) in the first accepted house and successfully terminated without any penalty. Finally, we got the perfect home in the competitive Austin market. Donathan was more than helpful in finding us a single home in Austin and Cedar Park. Whenever I found a home but was not able to visit in person, he was there already and prepared a Video call for me. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great home that fits right in our price range! He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Highly recommend him.

Most of all, since this is our first house, we really didn't know anything about real estate, but he also did a walk-through so he did everything about the lack of deadlines and the parts we had to talk to the builder. Above all, the house price changed right before the contract, and he had already contacted the sales company before he even spoke. They did a good job of negotiating, so we only got the house at a really good price. After buying the house, he also recommended the inspector and constantly managed the tax and other things to be concerned about. You won't regret it! I have never seen a broker who works so hard even in Korea!
